The Causal Body or Deep Sleep Consciousness

The Causal Body or Deep Sleep Consciousness – as we deepen our Subtle Body work, we begin to feel a greater connection to Spirit.  As we create the open space of peace through stillness of Subtle Body work, we begin to deepen our connection to the people around us, and we also deepen our connection to our Source.

Just as we drop into the stillness of deep formless sleep, we have the realisation that there is no form – there is only open, free, ever-present awareness.

Moving through the Gross Body work helps you to define “your-self”, leading to a deepening awareness of your being through Subtle Body work.

“In Causal Body work, we begin to open up to the realisation that we are one within the source and cause of all things.”

Now, in Causal Body work, as the traditons say, we begin to open up to the realisation that we are one within the source and cause of all things.  We are the suchness and “is-ness” of each and every moment.  There is no longer a perceiver and an object that we perceive; there is only experience, free of longing, desire, and need.  As the cause of all things, we are the seeker and the seen. We are one and the many. In the Causal Body we are the stillness of peace alive in this moment and this moment and this moment…

And the Causal Body can be exercised – we can deepen our connection through Meditation, which as this links into the next section on Spirit, I will deepen the Inquiry.
